ROASTED RED PEPPER SAUCE

Ingredients

  • 1 or 2 roasted red peppers⁣
  • 2-3 garlic cloves ⁣
  • 1/2 cup of whole almonds⁣
  • 2 tbsps of olive oil⁣
  • 1 tsp of salt ⁣
  • 1 tsp of paprika ⁣

** I often add nutritional yeast to this recipe too.

Directions

1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add more olive oil if needed. ⁣
2. Or if you are using roasted red peppers from the bottle, just add some of the oil from the bottle.⁣
