Ingredients
- 1 or 2 roasted red peppers
- 2-3 garlic cloves
- 1/2 cup of whole almonds
- 2 tbsps of olive oil
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1 tsp of paprika
** I often add nutritional yeast to this recipe too.
Directions
1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add more olive oil if needed.
2. Or if you are using roasted red peppers from the bottle, just add some of the oil from the bottle.
