BBQ ROASTED VEGGIES

Ingredients

  • Fennel
  • Eggplant
  • Brussel sprouts
  • Yellow potatoes
  • Parship
  • Sweet potatoes
  • Beets

Directions

Seasoning: Olive oil over each #vegetable
1. Fennel and Eggplant: salt, pepper, garlic salt and nutritional yeast
2. Brussels sprouts: salt, pepper, coconut oil and coconut flake (For some extra crispy flavour)
3. Yellow potatoes, sweet potatoes, parship: salt, pepper, garlic salt and oregano
4. Beets: salt and pepper

=Roast/BBQ at 400 degrees for 20-25 mins.
