Equipment

  • 1 food processor

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chunks

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper and set it aside.
  • In a food processor, blend all the ingredients together (not the chocolate) until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into the lined baking dish and smooth the top.
  • Sprinkle the chocolate chunks over top of the batter.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set.
  • Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes in the baking dish.
  • Once cooled, remove the blondies from the baking dish using the parchment paper and transfer to a wire rack to cool completely
