Homemade healthy Hummus


  • 1 can of chickpeas 
  • 1/4 cup of tahini paste
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 6 tbsps of lemon juice
  • 3 tbsps of olive oil
  • 1 tbsp of everything bagel seasoning


  1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor.
  2. Combine until smooth or to the texture you prefer.

It’s a classic hummus recipe made with a twist, everything bagel flavour. Not only is it fast and easy, but it’s also beautifully smooth, light, creamy and delicious. Made with wholesome ingredients and done in under three minutes!
