
Ingredients
- 1 diced mango
- 2 sliced kiwis
- 1 diced apple
- 1 cup of cooked quinoa
- 1 cup of chopped cherry tomatoes
- 1 diced orange bell pepper
- 1/2 diced avocado
Vinaigrette:
- 1/3 cup of olive oil
- 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 2 tbsp of lemon juice
- 1 tsp of mustard
Directions
- In a medium size salad bowl, place all the ingredients inside.
- Combine all the Vinaigrette ingredients together. Mix well.
- Pour the vinaigrette onto the salad. Mix the salad and serve.
