Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup dandelion greens, roughly chopped
  • 1 cup arugula
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
  • ½ cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • ¼ cup homemade granola (or unsweetened store-bought)
For the Dressing:
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp strawberry balsamic glaze
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Pinch of sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper

Method
 

  1. Make the Dressing:In a small bowl or jar, whisk together the apple cider vinegar, balsamic vinegar, strawberry glaze, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
  2. Assemble the Salad:In a large mixing bowl or serving platter, layer the dandelion greens, arugula, and romaine lettuce. Add the chopped red onion and strawberry slices.
  3. Add the Crunch:Sprinkle the homemade granola evenly over the top of the salad for a naturally sweet crunch.
  4. Dress & Serve:Drizzle the dressing over the salad just before serving. Gently toss or leave as-is for a styled presentation. Serve immediately.
  5. Tips & Swaps:
