
Ingredients
- 1 can of white beans
- 1/4 cup of tahini
- 1/4 cup of lemon juice
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1 tsp of oregano
- parsley for garnish
Directions
- Thoroughly rinse the white beans before adding to the food processor
- Place all the ingredients in a food processor or mixer. Processor or mix until smooth.
- Scoop the dip into a serving bowl and add your parsley for garnish.
Must try no-cook White Bean Dip. Toss everything in a food processor and go – a few minutes and there you have it. One refreshing, delicious and dairy-free dip. It goes well with crackers, pitas and raw veggies.
This recipe is vegan and will only take you 5 minutes!
