Power up your day with our Gluten-Free High Protein Coconut Bread – Nourishing, Delicious, and Completely Dairy-Free.
I stumbled upon a fluffy, delicious gluten-free high protein coconut bread that left an indelible mark on my taste buds. Its irresistible charm lingered long after the trip ended, prompting me to recreate that magic in my own kitchen.
With memories of that delightful vacation treat fueling my passion, I set out to craft a gluten-free high protein coconut bread recipe that captures its essence. Preheat your oven to 350°F and prepare a loaf pan with parchment paper. In a large mixing bowl, combine coconut flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and xanthan gum.
In another bowl, whisk together eggs, melted coconut oil, maple syrup or honey (if desired).Stir in shredded unsweetened coconut, letting its tropical aroma transport you back to sun-soaked days.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, spreading it evenly, and bake for 45-55 minutes until golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. As it bakes, reminisce about the joyous moments and flavours that inspired this creation.
Once cooled, slice into this heavenly bread and savour each bite, knowing that every mouthful carries the warmth and memories of that unforgettable vacation. Perfect for breakfast, snack time, or any moment you crave a taste of the South from the comfort of your own home.
