Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix together the almond seeds, hemp hearts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, psyllium husk powder, and salt.
Add in the water, maple syrup, and olive oil, and stir until everything is well combined.
Let the batter sit for at least 30 minutes to allow the psyllium husk powder to absorb the liquid and thicken the mixture.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth out the top with a spatula.
Bake the bread in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
Carefully remove the bread from the pan and let it cool completely on a wire rack.
