- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- ½ tsp salt
- 1½ cup water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together the almond seeds, hemp hearts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, psyllium husk powder, and salt.
- Add in the water, maple syrup, and olive oil, and stir until everything is well combined.
- Let the batter sit for at least 30 minutes to allow the psyllium husk powder to absorb the liquid and thicken the mixture.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth out the top with a spatula.
- Bake the bread in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
