In a mixing bowl,(or food processor) combine the protein powder, almond flour, cacao powder, and sea salt. Mix well.
Add in the melted cashew butter, maple syrup, and almond milk.
Using a cookie scoop. Scoop the balls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle coconut flakes over them
Place the baking sheet in the freezer and let the bites chill for 15-20 minutes, or until firm.
Once the bites have hardened, remove them from the freezer and enjoy! You can store the bites in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
