NO-BAKE CHOCOLATE PROTEIN BITES

These no-bake chocolate protein bites are the perfect treat for anyone who loves a little sweetness in their life. Made with a combination of chocolate protein powder, almond flour, cacao powder, and a touch of maple syrup, these bites are a healthy and tasty way to satisfy your cravings.

Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup almond flour
  • 5 tbsp maple syrup
  • ¼ cup cacao powder
  • 5 tbsp melted cashew nut butter
  • 2-4 tbsp almond milk
  • A pinch of sea salt
  • 1 tbsp coconut flakes
  • ½ cup vanilla protein powder

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl,(or food processor) combine the protein powder, almond flour, cacao powder, and sea salt. Mix well.
  2. Add in the melted cashew butter, maple syrup, and almond milk.
  3. Using a cookie scoop. Scoop the balls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle coconut flakes over them
  4. Place the baking sheet in the freezer and let the bites chill for 15-20 minutes, or until firm.
  5. Once the bites have hardened, remove them from the freezer and enjoy! You can store the bites in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
