GOLDEN RESET SMOOTHIE

Reset and rejuvenate with this Golden Glow Smoothie, perfect for when you return from a long vacation and need to get back on track. This vibrant blend combines the anti-inflammatory benefits of turmeric and ginger with the soothing creaminess of almond milk and bananas. Hemp seeds provide a boost of protein, while dried blueberries or dates add a touch of natural sweetness

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 2 tbsp dried blueberries (or pitted dates)
  • ½ tsp ground turmeric
  • ½ tsp ground ginger
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup frozen bananas
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ tbsp chia seeds

Method
 

  1. If using dates, make sure they are pitted. Slice the frozen bananas into smaller chunks for easier blending.
  2. In a blender, combine the almond milk, hemp seeds, dried blueberries (or dates), chia seeds, ground turmeric, ground ginger, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
  3. Toss in the frozen banana chunks.
  4.  Pour in the 1/2 cup of water to help thin out the smoothie to your desired consistency.
  5. Blend all the ingredients until the mixture is smooth and creamy. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides of the blender to ensure everything is well mixed.
  6. If the smoothie is too thick, add a bit more water or almond milk until you reach your preferred consistency.
