Equipment

  • 1 bowl

Ingredients

  • ½ cup pumpkin seeds
  • ½ cup sunflower seeds
  • ¼ cup sesame seeds
  • 4 tbsp psyllium husk powder
  • ½ cup hemp hearts
  • cup chopped almonds
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ tsp salt
  • cup water

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.

  • Add in the water, maple syrup, and olive oil, and stir until everything is well combined.
  • Let the batter sit for at least 30 minutes to allow the psyllium husk powder to absorb the liquid and thicken the mixture.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth out the top with a spatula.
  • Bake the bread in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
