MORE ABOUT ME: WHY I CREATED THIS PLAN.
This is my personal story of my health journey that I hope will resonate with some of you. A few years ago, I was suffering from terrible symptoms that left me feeling exhausted, bloated, and constantly not myself. After visiting countless doctors and undergoing numerous tests, I was still left with no answers. I felt hopeless and defeated, and I couldn’t understand why my body was betraying me.
But I refused to give up. I continued to do my own research and ask for more tests until I finally discovered that I had Celiac Disease. It was a relief to finally have an answer, but it was also overwhelming to realize that I needed to make significant changes to my diet and lifestyle.
I had to learn how to cook and eat in a completely different way, avoiding gluten products. It wasn’t easy, but I was determined to take care of myself and not let my health issues impact my family. I spent countless hours researching and experimenting in the kitchen, trying to find delicious and nutritious alternatives to my favourite foods.
The journey was not easy, and I often felt discouraged and alone. But I found strength in the support of my loved ones and in the knowledge that I was taking control of my health. And now, I want to share my story with others who may be struggling with similar health issues.
If you are experiencing unexplained symptoms, I urge you to trust your instincts and advocate for yourself. Do your own research, and don’t give up until you find the answers you need. And if you do discover that you have a food intolerance or allergy, know that you are not alone. With patience, determination, and the right resources, you can carve a path towards recovery and learn to live a healthy, happy life.
I hope my story can inspire and empower you! Remember, you are not alone, and there is always hope for a better tomorrow.
This meal plan is a guide to help you feel less stress in the kitchen, cook smarter, healthier and know cooking gluten and dairy free meals is not hard and still delicious!
