OATMEAL BANANA CHOCOLATE CHIP PANCAKES

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of ground oats (GF)
  • 1/2 cup of almond flour
  • 1/2 cup of whole oats (GF)
  • 1/2 cup of tapioca flour
  • 1 banana 
  • Dark Chocolate chips (Add as many as you wish!)
  • 1/2 cup of almond milk
  • 2 chia seed eggs (2 tbsps of chia seeds with 4 tbsps of water. Place in the fridge for 10-15 minutes)

Directions

  1. In a small bowl make the chia seed eggs. 
  2. In a large bowl combine all ingredients and mix well. 
  3. Add in your chia seed eggs to the mixture. 
  4. On a large skillet, place a large spoonful of the mixture on medium heat. Cook each side for 1 minute.
