- 1 cup of dates

- 1 tsp of baking powder
Topping: Melted chocolate: Using 70% dark chocolate, melt a bar and use 1 tbsp of coconut oil to make it a little more runny. Optional – fun sprinkles.

- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 2. Using a food processor, place all the ingredients inside. 3. Process until smooth. 4. Rollout the dough until its 1/2 inch thick. Use a heart shaped cookie cut out and shape the cookies. 5. Bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes, or until they are lightly golden and set. 6. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely. 7. Using 70% dark chocolate, melt a bar and use 1 tbsp of coconut oil to make it a little more runny. 8. Place the sprinkles on top.
