  • Place the tray in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the cookie dough bites to firm up.

SMOOTHIE:

  • Peel and chop the apples into small chunks if not already frozen.Measure out almond flour, coconut sugar, cashew butter, rolled oats, and other ingredients.
  • In a blender, add the vanilla protein powder, almond flour, coconut sugar, cashew butter, and rolled oats.
  • Pour in the almond milk, coconut yogurt, and maple syrup.
  • Toss in the frozen apple chunks.
  • Blend all the ingredients until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency. If the smoothie is too thick, you can add more almond milk.
  • Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness by adding more maple syrup if desired.
  • If you prefer a colder smoothie, you can add a handful of ice cubes and blend until well incorporated.
  • Once the smoothie is blended, drop a few of the chilled cookie dough bites into the smoothie.
