ALMOND CHAI SPICE DONUTS

Gluten free Almond chai spice donuts

Your gluten free & dairy free baked donuts.

The taste of gluten free chai-spiced donuts is the perfect warm, comforting flavour for any winter day. With a blend of spices such as cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg the combination of spices with almond flour creates a fragrant and flavourful donut. The nutty flavour of almonds is a nice depth of flavour that calls for a well balanced tasty treat.

Sweetened with a blend of natural coconut and maple sugars, our baked donuts have just the right amount of sweetness to satisfy your cravings without overwhelming your palate. And with the added richness of coconut milk and a hint of vanilla extract, every bite is like a comforting hug in donut form.

But what truly sets our gluten-free and dairy-free baked donuts apart is our Chai Spice Glaze. Made with a heavenly blend of confectioner sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and real brewed chai tea, this glaze takes the already delicious donuts to a whole new level of decadence. It’s the perfect finishing touch that adds a sweet and spicy kick to every bite.

So whether you’re gluten intolerant, lactose intolerant, or just looking for a healthier alternative to traditional donuts, our gluten-free and dairy-free baked donuts are the perfect treat for you! Indulge in the goodness and taste the love in every bite.

Ingredients

Donut:

  • 2 cup of almond flour
  • 1/4 cup of tapioca flour
  • 1 1/2 baking powder
  • 1/4 cup of coconut sugar
  • 1/4 cup of maple sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup of coconut milk
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 1 tsp of all spice
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon

For the Chai Spice Glaze (See picture below)

  • 1 cup of confectioner sugar
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon
  • 1 tsp of vanilla
  • 2 tbsp of chai tea – brewed

Why I love baked gluten free donuts: They are made by mixing the ingredients together and then baking them in the oven. Simple. Plus baked donuts are also easier because they don’t require any special equipment like a deep fryer. I also love how lighter, fluffy, cake- like they tend to be, rather than fried donuts. They are also considered to be a healthier alternative so go ahead and indulge!
