- -1 1/2 cups almond flour
- handful to 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chipst
-1 cup rolled GF oats
-1 teaspoon baking soda
-1/2 teaspoon salt
-1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
-1/2 cup brown sugar
-1 large egg
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, oats, baking soda, and salt.
- In another large bowl, beat together the coconut oil and brown sugar until well combined. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
- Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until just combined. Stir in the chocolate chips.
- Use a heart shaped cookie tray or spoon to form the dough into heart-shaped balls. Place the cookies on the prepared baking sheet and flatten them slightly.
