cream cheese cranberry muffins cups


  • 3 cups of oats
  • 1 cup of oat milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/3 cup of apple sauce
  • 1 tsp of salt 

Cream Cheese Cranberry filling

  •  1 1/2 cups of cream cheese 
  • 1 cup of cooked cranberries 


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line your muffin tray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine oats, milk, egg, coconut, apple sauce and salt. Once combined add one spoonful of the oat batter to each muffin cup. Create a slight cave in the middle of the cup for the filling.
  3. Bake the oatmeal cups for 20 minutes or until golden brown. 
  4. Meanwhile, combine the cream cheese and cranberry sauce together. 
  5. Once the oat muffins are cooked let them cool before adding in your cream cheese cranberry filling. 
  6. Enjoy! Store them in your fridge, up to 4 days or freeze them.
