- 2 cups of fresh spinach
- 1 cup of fresh cilantro
- 1/2 cups of almonds
- 3 tbsp of olive oil
- 1/3 cup of apple cider vinegar
Additional ingredients could be: salt, pepper and nutritional yeast.
- Using a blender or a food processor, place all the ingredients in and blend until smooth.
- Add more olive oil if you feel it’s too thick.
- Add the sauce to your pasta and enjoy!
