
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of chopped raw almonds
- 1 1/2 cups of almond flour
- 1 tsp of baking powder
- 1/8 tsp of xanthan gum
- 1/3 cup of milk
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp of honey
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Using a large mix bowl, add all the dry ingredients together. Stir well.
- Add in the wet ingredients slowly and mix well. The mixture will turn into a sticky dough.
- Using damp hands, roll out 8 balls and place them on your parchment paper. Slightly press the dough down on the top.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until golden.
- Let the scones cool down for 10 minutes before serving.
