Dairy free Dip, Healthy Dip


  • 1 can of white beans
  • 1/4 cup of tahini
  • 1/4 cup of lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1 tsp of oregano
  • parsley for garnish


  1. Thoroughly rinse the white beans before adding to the food processor
  2. Place all the ingredients in a food processor or mixer. Processor or mix until smooth.
  3. Scoop the dip into a serving bowl and add your parsley for garnish.

Must try no-cook White Bean Dip. Toss everything in a food processor and go – a few minutes and there you have it. One refreshing, delicious and dairy-free dip. It goes well with crackers, pitas and raw veggies. 

This recipe is vegan and will only take you 5 minutes!

Serves 6!
