Dairy and Gluten Free Recipes



  • 4 cups of shredded baked chicken thighs
  • 2 apples, diced
  • 2 cups of cut grapes
  • 3 celery stalks, chopped


  • 1 cup of coconut yogurt
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1 tsp of olive oil
  • 2 tsp of lemon juice


  • In a large salad bowl, add in your salad ingredients. Combine all the ingredients.
  • In a small bowl, mix all the dressing ingredients together.
  • Add in your dressing to the salad and mix well.
  • Enjoy, an easy salad!
