Dairy and Gluten Free Recipes


Try these NO BAKE/NO CHOPPING, easy grab-a-bite and snack. Pumpkin energy protein balls.


  • 5 dates
  • 4 figs
  • 1/3 cup of cashews
  • 1/3 cup of pecans
  • 1/3 cup of pumpkin seeds
  • 2/3 cup of oats 
  • 2/3 cup of pumpkin puree
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Chocolate Dip:

  • 1 cup chocolate chips 
  • 1/2 tbsp coconut oil


  1. Pulse all ingredients in a food processor until well mixed.
  2. Scoop mixture and roll into small bites. Freeze until solid.
  3. While the pumpkin bites are freezing, make the chocolate chip dip. Combine the ingredients together in a bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds, stir and microwave again for another 30 seconds. This should make the chocolate a perfect consistency to dip the pumpkin bites.
